From Concept to Completion

Our collaborative architectural design process respects your needs, your budget and your concerns. Contact us for a complementary consultation where we will share advice on local industry trends, current material costs and bring clarity to your questions.

Upon moving forward, we'll set up a kick-off meeting where we will listen carefully to your vision and goals. Working together, we'll review information including lot topography, views, solar aspects, furniture placement, privacy, budget and more. 

Using what we’ve learned, we will begin to create schematic designs. Your floor plans will represent the layout from above and elevations will represent the horizontal views of each side of the home. 

At this phase, our designers will create your construction drawings including foundation plans, section drawings, roof framing layout, floor framing layout, and all the details needed to present to contractors for preliminary cost estimating.

We’ll compile your entire project for you to submit to city or county officials. Upon further inspection of the site, you may need additional services such as landscaping plans, homeowners plans, proposed site grading with topographic line-work, erosion and sediment control, septic design, etc. We can help coordinate and develop these plans for you through our network of structural and civil engineer associates.
